Shekinah Outreach Ministries was born from the heartfelt passion of a small group of young adults committed to following God’s call to be a shining light in the world. Grounded in persistent prayer and guided by scripture, our mission took shape around the simple but powerful vision: To be the hands and feet of Jesus in tangible, practical ways.

Our journey began with a weekly Vacation Bible School serving children in our community who faced economic hardships that made attending church challenging. From there, we expanded our outreach to include regular visits to children receiving care at the local hospital. Over time, our ministry grew to embrace service at the local nursing home, hosting Bible study classes, and welcoming mission teams to join us in this shared purpose.

Though life’s paths have led our founding members in different directions, our unwavering commitment to God and community continues to inspire all that we do. Today, Shekinah Outreach Ministries reaches across borders—partnering in countries such as Jamaica, Suriname, Ghana, Kenya, and the United States—wherever there is a need and a calling to serve.

With a particular focus on empowering children and women, we collaborate with local and global partners to extend our impact. Our prayer remains steadfast: to embody Christ’s love and grace through compassionate, practical action that transforms lives and communities.
